Plans

The organization of The Hill Hotel and Social Club is structured to balance operational efficiency with guest experience across three levels.

Level 1 is primarily dedicated to back-of-house functions, supporting the overall operations of the hotel and social club. This level also includes programmatic spaces such as the Robley Gin Room, lecture hall, and meeting rooms, allowing for educational, private, and event-based use while remaining slightly removed from the main guest areas.

Level 2 serves as the primary point of arrival and interaction. Private hotel rooms are located along the left side, while the remaining areas are dedicated to more public-facing experiences, including the Collett Tea Room, the 1926 Lounge, and the main lobby. This level creates a balance between privacy and social engagement, acting as the central hub of the building.

Level 3 is fully dedicated to guest accommodations, providing a quieter and more private environment that supports rest and retreat away from the activity of the lower levels.
