El Encuentro, meaning “the meeting” or “the gathering,” serves as the rooftop restaurant at La Palma. Designed as a place of connection, the space encourages shared experiences through rounded banquettes that symbolize confluence and tables equipped with a spinning mechanism to promote communal dining. An outdoor dining area extends the experience outward, offering views of El Monumento a los Héroes de la Restauración and strengthening the connection between the restaurant, the city, and its cultural context. Together, these elements create an environment where food, community, and place come together naturally.
