Offices

Collaboration served as a key driver of the overall design. Two nearly identical floors are dedicated to the fashion and editorial departments, each offering a large, medium, and small meeting space, in addition to one-on-one rooms and team huddle zones. This flexible layout allows employees to move between workstations, encouraging the exchange of ideas and fostering creativity. Because both floors mirror one another, staff can navigate the environment intuitively, enhancing inclusivity and accessibility. While Vogue maintains a traditional organizational hierarchy, private executive offices are supported by adjacent administrative workstations for efficiency and workflow continuity.
